Hello, I’m Erik. 

I am an interdisciplinary artist, craftsman, and musician currently based in Denver, CO. Taking inspiration from everyday life, I engage with elements of chance, experimentation, and observation to create artworks which uncover magic in the mundane and question the norm.

For me, the process and product of making art are equally important. I strive to maintain skilled craftsmanship while exploring new techniques and experimenting with different materials to evolve my practice.

I have exhibited extensively in Colorado and New York, and have performed sound art widely across the U.S. My discography includes 32 full-length and EP releases.

I earned my MFA with distinction from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, 2019. I earned my BFA with a double concentration in Sculpture and Painting, and a minor in Art History from Colorado State University, CO, 2011.
